Informed Business Solutions Limited (Informed) is an independent Telecommunications and Energy consultancy. We provide Cost Management & Invoice Verification solutions to Corporate Clients across the UK and Europe.
Informed is wholly owned by its Directors, each of whom have up to 22 years experience in providing consultancy support in their respective specialist sector. This extensive experience encompassed the entire phased de-regulation of the telecommunications, electricity and natural gas markets.
What do we do?
We bring an enormous amount of relevant expertise to a complex area of expenditure, which every business needs to intimately understand and control. Our services deliver significant returns to our clients’ profits by way of direct savings & refunds on Telecoms & Energy costs. Indirect savings are also achieved where clients choose to outsource tasks & responsibilities to us, such as mobile fleet helpdesk (faults, replacements etc), invoice verification, new site connections, full portfolio management, and more.

Where a client feels that it is appropriate to undertake an independent appraisal of existing suppliers’ capabilities & pricing versus the open market, we can organise and manage the most appropriate procurement processes i.e. RFP, ITT, benchmarking, and so on.
