Refunds & Savings Audit:

Our team of experts in this area will utilise all our Telecoms know-how, skills & expertise in conjunction with our advanced internal IT systems to carry out a full detailed audit of your current costs in any/all of the 3 areas of Voice, WAN/LAN & Mobiles. It is expected that you will ask us to collect / collate all necessary invoice, tariff and contractual information from your archives and/or the supplier(s) concerned.

This audit will culminate in us presenting you with our findings in a detailed report. The first phase report can be expected within 2 to 3 weeks of us commencing the project. The report will confirm a) whether any refunds exist, if so where & how much are you due back - and b) whether or not savings can be achieved, if so how they will be achieved and how much are they worth to you.

It is expected that in all instances Informed will be tasked with implementing the recommendations set out in the report however we are happy to work with your people too, as much as you prefer.

It is important to stress that we are NOT in the business of recommending a change of supplier for changes sake. Whilst we are independent and so can access a wide range of tariffs from major players (typically Tier 1 suppliers rather than resellers) in the various markets, some of our clients do not wish to change supplier to achieve savings – and indeed it is not a requirement to do so in most cases. Please note that we are more than happy to work through the Savings element of the audit on this basis. Some of our biggest successes have been in cases such as this.

Procurement:
